In a unexpected partnership that breaks usual predictions, the game developer has unveiled an virtual partnership between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising Thanksgiving event runs from November 25 through December 22, including free bonus story content for Shadows players.

Peculiar Adventure Disclosed

According to the authorized release, "A strange encounter draws heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where hints of prohibited practices and terrifying changes resonate through the obscurity." The storyline features a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a secret cult.

The mission centers on "bizarre experiments and a fearsome enemy" and is available to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Locations and Transformations

The trailer features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave.
